I have been making deviled ham with a can of Hormel ham

1 can of ham

1 - 1 1/2 TBS salad dressing light

1 white of a hard boiled egg diced

sprinkle of pepper

Spread over 8 whole grain wheat crackers

Roughly in 1/2 bowl deviled ham on 8 crackers

Calories 250

Protein 13.5

Carbs 20

I am wondering if anybody else makes their own deviled ham? How do you do it? Do you cook your own ham? Do you dice it in a food processor?

I've never made deviled ham, and it sounds pretty good, but I thought I would mention that you could knock a bunch of calories off of that (if you were so inclined) by taking out the egg yolks. One egg white has only 16 calories.

I'll have to try that recipe though!
