Can'tweight 41 Posted April 14, 2011 With us sleever's having to eat our meal over 20-30 minutes, how on earth do you keep your food from getting cold?? I ordered a baby plate online that has a Water reservoir to keep the baby food warm. Going to try and see if it helps. I so hate cold food. Well...unless it's supposed to be that way. Any suggestions?
seniorsleever 17 Posted April 14, 2011 I keep the "hot" foods on a separate plate and zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds when it cools down.
2bslimkim 11 Posted April 14, 2011 The other ladies who eat at the office with me made so much fun of me the first month... I wouldn't even get an once down before I was reheating my food. Often reheating 3-5 times before I was done. It does get better and very quick. My Dr's diatician showed me (a small tupperwear type container) what 4 onces is (the amount i'm not to exceed when eating meals) and it is small. So now, when my food gets cold, I stop eating. That is usually about the same time my stomach starts to tell me (i'm done). You will be surprised how much different your eating habits will be in a few more weeks.
