I was wondering how long everybody needed post op to start working out? I also wanted to know if the sleeve made it easier to workout and firm up the loose skin from WL? I understand the sleeve lets you loose weight at a slower weight and I assume this would allow you to work out to keep up with the change?

Walking for the first 6 weeks. No heavy lifting. My Dr. told me to start adding weights after 6 weeks to build muscle you are loosing from weight loss.

i started working out arms at 3 weeks..but thats becuase ive always done weight training..for someone whos never worked out before i wouldnt do it..

My doctor just told me yesterday to start any cardio right away, but hold off on swimming and lifting for 2 weeks.
