fullhandsfullheart 1 Posted April 12, 2011 did I really screw up? I thought this would be a healthy choice but all the nutrition info I find online is SCARY! Ok... I did NOT eat the dressing or croutons or tomatos. All I ate was the chicken, half the lettuce, and the sprinkle of cheese that was on there. (all this over 2 meal sittings).
