YOLANDA240 13 Posted April 9, 2011 After my surgery I became lactose intolerant and I love milk I tried many different brands and I just found Real Goodness it has 11g of Protein and it taste great. I've also feel in love with Muscle Milk which is lactose free and 22g of Protein. Now I can get in my protein each day and drink a glass of milk again which counts as a Fluid. I drink the Real Goodness fat free and the regular muscle milk which is my snack some days. Just wanted to post just in case other sleevers are looking for lactose free milk products. RVAGirl 2 Posted April 9, 2011 I'm glad you posted this. I got my sleeve on April 4th and I'm having major problems with milk. My doc told me to try Boost Glucose Control but I still have problems with it. I think I may look into the muscle milk you mentioned. I just have to watch the calories and fat. If anyone else can recommend a non fat lactose free milk product I could mix with my Meal Replacement powder or Protein Powder let me know.
pneal 5 Posted April 9, 2011 THANK YOU! I too became lactose intolerant and can't stand the Lactaid. Muscle Milk is good, I've tried it.
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted April 9, 2011 I love muscle milk light. I also really like Hood Carb Countdown. I make my Protein drinks with half Water and half of the hood. I am lactose intolerant since surgery too, and the Hood does not bother me.
