Miters36 0 Posted April 8, 2011 I took 3 weeks off total. One week for the surgery down in Mexico(4 days) and 2 weeks at home recuperating. My first day back to work was somewhat tiring but by the 2nd-3rd day I ws feeling pretty normal. I'm a Health unti coordinator and CNA2 at a hospital and my job can be strenuous. But I personally did well. 3 weeks was good for me. good luck!

sunnyd 32 Posted April 10, 2011 I had my surgery 3/16 and orginally took off 3 weeks. I extended it another week since I was so tired and still had to go to many doctor appts. post-op due to issues in the hospital. However, I just got passed 3 weeks and I feel great right now and think I could go back next week. I think 3 weeks is a perfect amount of time to recover. Now will I still stay home an extra week? Yeah-I think so.
