I bought those canned Atkins shakes at CVS in anticipation of the "thin liquid stage" and I'm not sure if I can drink them. Instructions say " Protein powder drinks mixed with Water."

Ok or not ok?

Yup, they just don't want you using Milk to make your shakes. I have used Atkin since my pre-op. Drink up!!!

That's what I've been drinking and am even allowed them during clear liquid stage. Delish!
