rylie19805 1 Posted April 4, 2011 I had to share this for us newbie sleevers that are still not able to eat regular food. my husband smoked a center pork roast last night......i was drooling over it...he said i can puree it..it's really tender...so i thought what the heck...i'll try it....Can we say AMAZING.....he added a little bit of BBQ Sauce and beef broth...best meal i've had in a week....and from what i've read it has crazy amounts of protein...23-27 grams for 3 oz. yum yum yum....i'm a week out and some things are already getting sickening...so anything new and flavorful is a blessing! cooper03 0 Posted April 14, 2011 Thanks for the tip. I am struggling with this stage. I am going to buy a bullet this afternoon. Hopefully things will get better for me soon. I am a little depressed. I can't even try the baby foods. Oopsseedaisy 90 Posted April 14, 2011 I did the same thing with a beef roast and it was fabulous!
fern 195 Posted April 17, 2011 I did the same with chicken, chicken broth, then different spices to keep it varied. LOVED it with a touch of butter chicken sauce and roasted red peppers. Mmmmmmm
