Shanny 70 Posted April 1, 2011 Yesterday made 7 weeks to the day that I had my surgery. Today, I weighed myself and I have lost a total of 56 pounds. That means I am exactly 56 pounds away from my long term goal! 7 weeks and I'm already 1/2 way there! This first 56 pounds was no picnic, but it was worth it. I know the next 56 pounds will be, too. Whoot!!!! 1 Loooou reacted to this

Rootman 1,101 Posted April 1, 2011 WooHoo! I too am past the halfway point, even with 90+ pounds to lose it just seems like a big hurdle and seems like a big weight (pun intended) has been lifted from me. It seems to be all down hill from here.

I think the head hunger and no longer being able to eat some of my favorite foods have been the hardest thing. My head doesn't always want to listen to what my stomach is telling it.
