Should I answer this from the pre-op or post-op perspective?

Should I answer this from the pre-op or post-op perspective?

I would say pre-op. I think. As I think this is to be used as a tool to figure out what changes need to be made in order to to make the life changes needed to be successful. :)

Definitely I was an ENJOYS food eater prior to surgery. Which has made the transition to the sleeve pretty damn easy for me. I haven't mourned losing food at all. I can still eat food I love, just less of it. It's been criminally easy for me thus far.

This is very interesting. I am/was a stress eater and a pick me up eater. I am so very mindful now of my eating habits that I do not think that I over eat at all. However, it is very helpful to put a label on what sort of eater I have the potential to be. Thanks for posting this!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
