I have Celebrate Bariatric chewable Multivitamin pineapple strawberry, it's so yummy! I also have Celebrate Bariatric Cherry Tart Chewable Calcium Yummy too!! Recommended By Tiffykins. She has the website for their free samples, I got them in 3 days, and found two flavors I loved!!

I love the Celebrate Vitamins. Haven't met a bad one, yet. Even the Iron wasn't bad! Good luck with it.:P

I am taking Fushion Orange Creme. I have always had trouble with Vitamins, but not due to the taste. They upset my stomach. I take them with a cracker and it seems to help. My doctor suggested the Fushion brand as you will not need any additional supplements with it. So instead of multiple pills, I only take 2 a day!

I haven't tried it yet... but I got liquid Vitamin and Calcium from costco. I felt it would be easier to get down plus better absorption. The real kicker was it seemed to have a lot more Vitamins in the liquid vs the gummie/chewable ones.

I use Celebrate Vitamin in the grape flavor they have a really good taste to me and they are pretty cheap considering..Lots of people use flintstone. YOu have to eat 4 of them, but they are prettty good as far as I remember..

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
