MINI-Me 196 Posted March 26, 2011 Confession time ... Two weeks ago, I started choosing some no-so-good foods to eat while I was PMSing ... carried over to the week of ... and this week too. Normally, I don't say any foods are "off limits", but I keep choices small and few between. But, the last couple of weeks were crazy. YIKES!!!!! So, the scale showed 130.2 this morning. 2.2 over my "top bounce point". I needed this wake-up call to make sure I stay on track. Back to basics starting now!!!!!! Anyone want to be my accountability buddy while I get things back in control?
Gayle 9 Posted March 26, 2011 Hurray! Accountability buddy! You can tell me what you ate every day, lol

MINI-Me 196 Posted March 26, 2011 hey my dads getting sleeved by doctor atkinson in vegas how would u compare dr. umbach to him? I don't know Dr. Atkinson, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Umbach to anyone. I had an awesome experience with him & he is a very good surgeon.
MINI-Me 196 Posted March 26, 2011 Thanks everyone. Off to a great start this morning. Turkey sausage and 1/2 an Oroweat Sandwich thin. Tummy is full and happy with my Protein first!
Becca 108 Posted March 26, 2011 When that time of the month hits and I want to snack, I eat Pork rinds. I remember reading about may eating them on here. 0 carbs, 70 calories, 7 grams of Protein. They have been my lifesaver because I have major "head" hunger during TOM. SO irritating! MINI-me we are here for you anytime! You will get that weight off. You have done so well and are such an inspiration!
LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted March 26, 2011 Awww hugs Mini!!! You know what though, you caught yourself. So many times in my life I've ignored the scale and just did what I wanted. No more, and when/if it were to go over my topping point when I hit goal, I'll have to get right too. So, thank you for posting this because since Im not in maintenance mode this isn't something I've really considered happening. Hang in there!! It already sounds like you are back on track. A few days of super low carbs and you will be back to where you started. Never forget, YOU ROCK!!! @Becca, excellent suggestion, thanks!!

MINI-Me 196 Posted March 27, 2011 I definitely depend on my "across the pond friends". You guys are inspiration to me as well. Back on track the last two days ... scales showed 128.4 today. Will closely watch until scale back to 125 and then try my "normal routine" again minus the glutony of treats. You guys rock!

LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted March 31, 2011 Thanks everyone! This is such a great group ... Now I don't have to change my signature line. Whoohooo!! I never doubted ya. And you know, it would take an act of congress for me to change mine. I'd have to stay at the higher weight for a month at least.
