3rd day of 14 day pre-op diet

I am on day 3 of my 14 day pre-op diet. Im doing much better than I thought I would be. I finally got cleared to start after my surgery had to be postponed. My surgery is scheduled for the 6th of April. I am getting both excited and nervous. It is finally going to happen.

I'm right there with you. I am to be sleeved on April 4th I'm on day 5 of my pre-op diet ~ 1200 calories until April 1st and the 2nd and 3rd full liquids. So far so good for me...I am a little nervous about the full liquids but it's only for two days thank goodness.

yall will do fine!!! You will be fine on all liquids it is a challenge but well worth it in the end..I will tell you do not cheat it only hurts in the end. you have to get your caloric intake down so you will be good with just liquids after surgery.
