Was watching the show "Heavy" and they had a food burial. They actually dug a hole and put their the favorite food in the hole and covered it.

That's funny! Sure beats my food funerals pre-surgery!

But I think the idea of NEVER eating your favorite food again is pretty stupid. Unless you have a major reason (e.g. deathly allergy), you WILL cave in at some point.
