does anyone know how long is the aprroval with healthfirst? do they require alot of documentation?

I have healthfirst and was told that they do not cover any type of WLS at all!

Hey i live in ny and if they didnt approve it why would they make u go through all the process? i have done everything and got a surgery date.........just waiting on approval...... and i didnt have to do the 6 months diet...
