pulsating pinch side ab pains

Since Sunday morning I woke up with a pulsating pinch pain around my tummy sides area. Sometimes I feel it on my left back side. I am not sure if it's because maybe I slept wrong. I woke up on my side with top part of my body twisted (yes I am a crazy wild sleeper), or was it because I was at a birthday party on Saturday night and had a bite of a tostada? Not sure if it's stuck somewhere, or did I pinch a nerve in my sleep? Has anyone felt this before? The pains come and go every few hours.
