ENS - Multivitamin, Calcium, & Protein Shake

Recommended Posts

I only used the Celebrate ENS Multi-Vitamin and Calcium that I got in the free sample from them. That was very good. Everything else I have tried has been good (ie flavored chewable vitamins, etc) so I imagine the shake would be good too. I think I may order the Protein one. It didn't come in the sample. I may email them to see if I can get a sample of one of them. I like the idea of having all my needs in one bottle! I will let you know if I try it.

Anyone use the ENS - Multivitamin, Calcium, & Protein Shake from Celebrate Vitamins?

I was just wondering about the taste? And if it was worth the price to buy them or just get the Premier ones from costco?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kelly

I have used ENS for my morning and night supplements and I like it a lot. Resonable price, and they have called me after every order I have made to ensure that I got what I ordered and I was happy.

I also use the chewable Calcium from them, and it isn't awesome, but tolerable. I thought it was gonna be like a Starburst consistency, instead its a massive Tums type tablet.

Let me know if you have any more questions, I am 19 days out from surgery.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
