Congrats!

I Just walked a 5k with my wife -

felt great!

after my surgery, perhaps I could run it next year...

right now I am concentrating on walking, everyday.

Awesome and loved the pics! Thank you for sharing.... my secret goal is to do a 5k... I have heard once you do it, you become an addict and will do more and more!!! Congrats to you!
