My surgeon said I could start Vitamins at day 10. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the Calcium I bought from BA seemed like chewy candy. Is it ok to start this now? I am on full liquids? Does it dissolve in your mouth?

I would suggest asking your doctor however I didn't have any issues with any of my chewable vits.

The Baratric advantage calicum chews can be taking when the doctor say to start taking Vitamins. I would chew it up as much as possible though..
