Islandgirl 0 Posted March 17, 2011 I'm 1 week post-op and generally feeling well. My problem is that walking to the mail box and back leaves my leg muscles worn out. fern 195 Posted March 17, 2011 Definately up it. I was trying to get 40-60g the first 2 weeks and 60+ after that. I noticed a huge difference in energy and strength if I was below that. make sure your getting enough liquids too. Good luck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

fern 195 Posted March 18, 2011 Mix your protien shake with milk. 9g protien for 1 cup milk, plus average 20g for shake. That's almost 1/2 your day for 1 shake.
