Once I hit goal I'm going to go get one of those "Bod Pod" tests too. I have no idea either where to find one. I guess a fitness club might know but since I don't belong to any I haven't thought about asking. I do plan to sign up for one and get a personal trainer once I get to within 25 lbs of goal, because I know I'll have to start working a lot harder to get there.

I will be interested to know my exact Body Fat %, so I'll then consider losing more or just maintaining.

I checked yesterday, and the bodyfat measurements at my school only include BMI, waist circumference, and calipers. I'm not sure why anyone would pay to have their waist and BMI measured when you can do it for free yourself/online, but I digress. Calipers aren't the best from what I know - they are good for tracking changes, but not so much for determining the correct number. I guess the Bod Pod thing is only available to research labs here, I couldn't find a way for someone to just walk in, pay, and get measured. Boo!
