CBL 3 Posted March 12, 2011 My surgeon's instructions say to "take liquids to tolerance". I can pretty easily get 8oz of Water down in less than an hour. Protien shakes and yogurts are different story. I know I have seen similar questions... I am not damaging myself by consuming that much Water am I? Also, turned a major corner today. Yesterday I was def feeling sorry for myself... got 8 hours of GOOD sleep and feel much better today.

Just don't gulp. I'm 11 days post sleeve and I'm drinking non stop, just at a much slower pace than I did pre-op. (I was a gulper)
