I am in the process of trying to get approved. The doctor's office stated that I needed to have 6month journal of my weight on Weight Watchers or something similar. Honestly, I gave up on Weight Watchers and the like a couple of years ago. However, I do not want this to hinder my approval.

Has anyone else had this recommendation? Anyone else on here approved by Blue Shield of CA for the Sleeve that can give me some good direction?
