SparkySue 0 Posted March 10, 2011 So I am wondering if I am doing any justice by drinking flavored water (adding the packets of flavor) instead of plain Water? Will it help me lose more to switch to plain water? I have 2 weeks to lose about 10lbs, so I want to pull out all the stops. I am starting 5 shakes a day as I have had a salad or meat and cheese as a snack every so often. Strictly shakes from here on out! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
