genepha 47 Posted March 8, 2011 My starting weight was 283, according to the doctor's scale I weigh 262. My home scale is a bit nicer to me but I'll take a 21 pound loss anyday! I've been exercising about 6 days a week and have lost about 2 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips. Overall I'm pretty happy with my progress. My next goal is to be in the 250s!! genepha 47 Posted March 10, 2011 Thanks everyone! I worked out like crazy this morning, drank 1/4 of an Isopure and weighed hoping to be in the 250s but alas, I was stuck at 260.0. Frustrating!!
