lunarose 97 Posted March 3, 2011 Hi All, I just discovered these their wholegrain white sandwich thins they are 100 cal and loaded with Fiber. They are great gives you the feeling that you are eating a sandwich without all that bread.< /p>
snowfie9 6 Posted March 3, 2011 Sarah Lee also makes a good light whole wheat bread that's...I think...70 calories for 2 peices that makes a decent (if small) sandwich.
M2G 1,836 Posted March 3, 2011 I loved those pre-op, but have yet to try them post-op. They are the perfect amount of bread!
MINI-Me 196 Posted March 3, 2011 I use these a lot for "toast" ... For Breakfast, I will often have 3 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausages & 1/2 of the orowheat bread toasted with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray and a bit of Jelly. YUMMY!!!! There is also a "thin" bagel as well. 110 for the whole thing.
feedyoureye 3,087 Posted March 3, 2011 There is also a "thin" bagel as well. 110 for the whole thing. I had a half of of one toasted this morning with a one egg and cheese omelet on it... I ate most of it, and saved a few bites for break.
