Congratulations! Thank you VERY much for posting as I am having mine done on Monday 3/7. Another March date. I have been so anxious this week about the surgery but reading all the posts on this site does make me feel better. I look forward to also being on the losers bench starting next week and keep up with all on here. Thanks again!

I can ditto just about everything you've posted here. I've had a great experience and hope that others reading will be as social too and meet new friends in the hallways as we did. I am very much looking forward to staying connected with you ~ I think you're AWESOME!

Hey, it's my new SMF (Sleeve Mate Forever).

I think we had as much fun in a hospital as possible allowed. I'm doing great this morning. When I first wake up I feel like I did an ab class at LA fitness in the middle of the night but once i get moving all is good.

this was the first morning that I did the whole shower, make-up, hair dry and straighten etc etc... and it feels good to look like a human again.

Well for me it's been back to taking care of my boys. I made dinner for my husband last night (steak and salad) and have been doing minor non-strenuous house work (like dishes and folding laundry) and making school lunches etc.

I will probably go back to work Monday or Tuesday.

I'm looking forward to getting of the clear liquid diet. I need more Protein and I can't do the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken broth. It is nasty and doesn't taste like any real broth i've every had. I'm not much on the powdery taste. I like reg. Protein shakes and look forward to my first one on monday morning. i've been drinking the V8 juice lite mixed with the Isopure fruit punch Protein. I'm just a Water girl and would prefer Water but i know i need some calories. I do miss my morning diet Dr. Pepper.
