Becca 108 Posted February 26, 2011 I had been having issues with being very tired for the past few weeks. Come to find out, I was low on iron-(anemic). This was due to me taking children's chewable vitamins that didn't have the correct amount of Iron (actaully the one I grabbed at the store had none ). I had bought a bottle because I couldn't swallow those big Vitamins post- op. I didn't even check the label for the ingredients since I knew I would only take them temporarily. (Plus I was at the store three days post-op and I was a little out of it). Now, that I am on a Multi-Vitamin with iron, I feel great! I have energy to work out. I just thought I would share, especially for newbies. This is usually just a problem the first couple of months after surgery since you can't eat very much. I am just so glad to have the issue resolved and I hope I can prevent anyone else from going through this!
ATLGirl 134 Posted February 26, 2011 Tiffany posted a chart about the importance of a good Multivitamin. I'm going to try to find it to post.
