Linda121010 0 Posted February 22, 2011 The good news...down more than 30 pounds and knocking on the door of the 200s! I was at a conference at the Girl Scout Edith Macy Conference Center for four days, where they have amazing & abundant food, and I only gained a tiny bit...which is a big change from others visits there. I stuck to the plan to have Proteins first! Thanks to everyone who posts on these boards, you have been very inspriational. It really does help. I check here often for tips to keep motivated. My other motivation is reaching in the closet, trying something on, and having to take it back off and put it in the "give-away" pile! I wish I had done this so much sooner!
