myrori 55 Posted February 21, 2011 So here is 1/3 of the chicken philly sandwich (minus the bread i told them to keep)I got for dinner last night. I ate about 4 bites at the restaurant ate the tips of one broccoli and about a 1/2 cup of french onion soup/ no cheese for dinner. So when I got home I split the chicken breast again and put the other piece in the freezer and brought one the to work. This is pretty typical for my meals now at 3 months. "> For Breakfast: 1 Premier Protein shake Snack: Greek Yogurt Lunch: as pictured above Snack: Protein Shot or bar Dinner: will be some type of meat about one ounce with a salad.
