Anyone else have to take all these Vitamins? Who told you to take the Vitamins? My surgeon did bloodwork before surgery and my levels were ok, he said just keep on my 1 a day multi. If your surgeon told you to do it then by all means but your bloodwork should tell if you need more. Maybe some vetrans will chime in.
Billy363627 15 Posted February 21, 2011 I take Celebrate bariatric vitamen and my nutrionist said that I wouldn't have to take any additional Vitamins with it . I do take calicum citrate. Make sure it is citrate not carbonate. There is a difference and sleeve patients need citrate..
ILKrista 36 Posted February 22, 2011 I have to take a multi w/ Iron, Vitamin D, B12 complex, & 5 calium citrate wafers. I think most doctors base the Vitamins they want you taking on the results of your bloodwork.
