What can happen if....

I am so glad you mentioned this, because I hate Protein Drinks, I would gag just by the smell of them, so I really never had shakes, but I love milk. I am now 4 1/2 weeks post op and my doctor tells me to eat meat, fruits and vegetables, so I am now getting my Protein from my food. I lost 30 pounds within the first 2-2 1/2 weeks, and now I have been stalling. I am walking a mile a day, it very frustrating that the scale won't go down, it actually went up a few pounds but came back down. I didn't have this surgery just to loss 30 pounds. After hearing everyone else's stories, I guess its normal to stall, but the the scale needs to move.
