Nana~ 4 Posted June 21, 2006 Heya, We just got cable a few months ago and we have discovered the fitness on demand channel. If you have it, what workouts do you reccomend? etc I really like the bellydance on demand (its under dance) and My hubby and I both like the walking a mile in 17 min.
