PatrickG 5 Posted February 18, 2011 How long did it take for your incisions to heal? I am two weeks out and so far only the smallest incision has completely lost its scab. My abdomen is also has purple freckles from all of the heparin shots. I hope this is all cleared up within the next month or so. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
myrori 55 Posted February 18, 2011 They can hang around for a while,,, the last one to heal up was about a month and that was the biggest one to the left where the stomach was removed. Same with the "freckles" they took about a month. I still have dark discoloration around the big left incision at 3 months. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
