Kinda gross question, not really but...

I am 4 days post op. And have had no crowell movement not one. Is that normal? If not what should I take?

I assume you meant "bowel" movement and that is totally normal. With surgeon's okay, incorporate a gentle laxative like Miralax into your hydration. Also remember, 4 days out from surgery, there isn't anything in your system to get rid of, you're empty, like a vampire.

I went a full week without a bowel movement, and was told by a doctor to use miralax.. Be sure you are drinking plenty of liquids, and maybe use a stool softner if you continue to not have any luck. Also be warned after about 8-10 days I had no problem going to the bathroom. Called the doctor and it to is a normal part of the process. Once you are back on a somewhat normal diet things will get better I promise you that..

lol. Yes I meant bowel movement. I have a droid phone that use swype technology. Not always a good thing. Thanks

Also, only being 4 days out, the narcotics will really cause Constipation. Time will help usually.
