I generally followed my doctor's instructions and tried to read as much as I could about the procedure and the best post op behaviors. I did drink a lot of Water and other fluids in the beginning. I did a fair amount of walking in the beginning, but I can't remember when I stopped doing so on a regular basis. Other than that, I have really not exercised that much. I am trying to change that and have just started going back to the gym as I'd like to lose another 10 lbs or so. People do tell me that men have an easier time losing than women, so at least we have that going for us. Good luck to you and keep us posted on your progress.
