Stephanie12579 12 Posted September 12, 2017 Saginaw, TX also. Sleeved 12/17/16 How are you doing with everything? Personally I feel great only being 13 days out. I'm honestly surprised at how well I feel.... Still exhausting quickly but working on building that up. Completed a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood this morning[emoji4][emoji1377][emoji4] 1 defibvt reacted to this

I've lost 70 lbs, so far. The recovery was a lot easier than I expected. After my surgery, I felt really good. I'm in a stall right now that is driving me crazy, so I've upped my Water and Protein, and have changed my workouts. I'm hoping that will kick start it again. 2 defibvt and Stephanie12579 reacted to this

mandyf 1 Posted September 22, 2017 Hello I'm in Carrollton, TX and had my surgery 9/1/17. I'm struggling to get my fluids in if anyone has advice.
ColleenErin1974 195 Posted September 22, 2017 I struggled just post op too. I used a medicine cup and measured out 1 ounce or 30mls and sipped on that. I would sip constantly all day. I was told to get 1 ounce in every 15 minutes. Using the medicine cup made it easier. I sipped on Water, Protein Shakes, Protein water, and broth. It helped if the fluids were at room temperature or warm. I couldn't tolerate cold for about a month. Good luck to you! 1 mandyf reacted to this
