I just made myself a soy chai latte this morning using a chai masala spices I bought in an Indian grocery... yum!

one cup unsweetened soy milk

1/2 cup Water

one Decaf black tea bag.

1 packet of stevia

1 level tspoon of masala

bring all to boil except soy, add soy and heat till hot, pour into cup and drink.

I also add, 1 tsp of lemon grass paste, 1 tsp of ginger paste, cardamon seeds ( 4 ) whole cloves (6) cinnamon sticks (2) Put it all through a strainer and enjoy

by the way group, I tried out seniorsleevers idea of adding a few drops of anaise to greek yoghurt, let me tell you I was in pure heaven! It set me so at ease and the black licorice craving went away. . . i also take the candied fennel seeds with me to work and if a craving hits, i eat i tsp full and it settles it! Thanks again all!

That is great! Heck its got me wanting to try some anise seeds, and I don't even eat licorice hardly ever... LOL

Someone should start a thread called: The many ways to spice up your Greek Yogurt. To date I've just neve been able to get into it - and sadly it would be so beneficial to me to eat it.

I LOVE Greek yogurt and have been thinking about using it as a medium for several things... like a touch of hershey's or for medicinal herbs... Could be horrible.. lol, but it could be Awesome!
