LindaV 0 Posted June 20, 2006 Hi Muffy, Welcome to LBT. I'm afraid I won't be much help with how to navigate the site, but I get by. I usually check the "today's posts" under the "quick links" drop down on top, or you can get to the different forums using the "Forum Jump" on the bottom right of the page. babyjane 0 Posted June 20, 2006 welcome, i am fairly new also, since march. i also check out the new posts, and the lap band lounge is an interesting forum, it has some funny things and also everyday "life" stuff in it. just remember, anything that is posted here, is just someone's personal experience or opinion---not necessarily a fact. but many of the folks here have been banded for years and have a lot experience to share with others, a great site for info and support.
