Back at the beginning of December I received a spiral bound booklet from my doctors office that explains everything I would need to know about getting a Gastric Sleeve/Bypass. From pre-op to post-op and it has helped me sooo much!!!

This morning, I happened to have a few minutes to myself and decided to unbound the spiral and scan the whole booklet.

If anyone would like to have a copy of it, please let me know. I emailed it from my work to my yahoo account with no problems on the size.

Yes I would like one please...they didnt have the sleeve book available when I got my book , it was only for gastric bypass so I would love to see it!!
