ThatDudesMom 13 Posted January 16, 2011 Before i was sleeved my doctor game me a packet of sample Vitamins from Bariatric Advantage. One of the sample is for Complete Multi Formula Crystals. It is packaged like crystal lite, an a long slender envelope. It doesn't have directions on it, and when I looked on line I found this: Delicious Drink Mix means far fewer pills. 3 daily servings give you a complete high-potencyMultiformula with 1500mg of elemental Calcium (citrate) 900 IU Vitamin D3, 900mcg B12, 300mg potassium, 9mg of thiamine - and MUCH more! Refreshing Wild berry flavor is something you will truly enjoy taking every day. Does any know how much Water to use...and would it serve as my multi vitamin, B12, Iron, and calcium, or would it just serve for my multi vitamin. Input welcomed! Cinderella 2 Posted January 16, 2011 Oh YEAH, I like this. Calcium is one thing I struggle with, as all the pills I've found are big, and the "chewable" ones don't add up to that much, so you end up eating a handful. Thanks for the tip... I had not heard of them. Cinderella
Stacy160 201 Posted January 16, 2011 At the one support group meeting I went to, they had samples of this for us to try. I'm pretty sure they said it took the place of the Multivitamin but not the Calcium.< /span> If you've looked or noticed, how does it compare price-wise to the multi chewables? To be honest, I have checked the price. I'm first trying to figure out what the heck to do with them? Add Water...how much? If I like it...I don't care how much more it cost if it keeps me from having to east several chalking Vitamins a day.

Cinderella I don't do calcium until two weeks post-op, until then I am taking Pepcid Complete...well, actually Pepcid Complete was recalled about a year ago, so my doctor told me to take the generic complete or Pepcid AC. I tried the generic and they were yucky chalking big tablets. I bought Pepcid AC last night and they are tiney tablets that you can swallow. I still cut it in half, but took both halves at the same time. For calcium there were lots of little chocolate chews wrapped in silver paper to sample. I tried a few before surgery and really liked them. I will likely use them so that I have a little dessert each day!
