eny310 0 Posted January 16, 2011 Hi Everyone, It's been twelve days since I been sleeved. But even though I feel good, my cuts itch. So, is there any cream that anyone may recommend?? Thanks
Stacy160 201 Posted January 16, 2011 That could be a phantom itching sensation as the tiniest nerves heal back together, but at 12 days out everything should be closed and you should be able to put anything on them. I loved Bio Oil... still have 2/3 of a bottle left and I've taken to putting it on my face at night.
Rootman 1,101 Posted January 16, 2011 I got Gold Bond Anti Itch cream Extra strength. It works well. My whole tummy itched and eventually peeled and being a guy they of course shaved me so the regrowing hair came in itchy too.
daezeey 0 Posted January 18, 2011 Hi Everyone, It's been twelve days since I been sleeved. But even though I feel good, my cuts itch. So, is there any cream that anyone may recommend?? Thanks I had a horrible time with itching when my "bandages" came off. The best product that I tried was definitely, Cortaid Cream, it has hydrocortisone in it and lasts for 12 hours. eny310 0 Posted January 18, 2011 Thank you everyone for taking the time to respond... It's any awful itching and painful feeling like you guys know. I will try the Bio Oil and the Gold Bold and the Cortaid Cream to see which one works better with my body. Thanks
Brian 0 Posted January 18, 2011 I was sleeved on Jan 10th and do not as yet have an itching problem, However I had a total knee replacement a few years ago. At that time a friend recommended Arnica Jell, it was wonderful for itching and as he declared it reduced the amout of scaring. It is an Herbal product. It worked well for me. good luck. M2G 1,836 Posted January 18, 2011 LOL, I was thinking as I read your title "sure I use it in my Decaf coffee." Sorry I don't have an answer for your intended question...sorry things are itchy...I didn't have that trouble. I hope one of the creams recommended helps out.
