I'm joining a free Zumba class. I have too do more cardio. I pray daily for God to help me do what I need to do to become healthy . Cause I have Kingdom work that I'm excited about to do. illailla 79 Posted June 28, 2016 I'm a week out and all of a sudden feeling dizzy this morning..I walked for the first time last night and felt good doing but after started feeling somewhat dizzy..is that normal? OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted June 28, 2016 @@illailla You are not consuming that many calories and with the heat and probably minimal Water intake, feel dizzy is pretty normal. Make sure you keep your Water intake up. your body is using most of its energy to try and heal, so make sure you don't over do it. this is still major surgery. illailla 79 Posted June 28, 2016 @@OutsideMatchInside that sounds exactly right..it's been hard getting in calories because I'm on the clear liquid diet..broth and Popsicles have nothing..I'm on the diet for another week Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
RockinRobin59 57 Posted June 28, 2016 Your just starting out I think that will go away when your able to drink Protein Shakes but drink your Water and walk when it's cool early morning or evenings don't forget your Vitamins I would sometimes forget because I never took vitamins that will keep your energy up keep the good work it's worth it!!!
