NewBeginning2016 63 Posted June 30, 2016 I'm a week out and all of a sudden feeling dizzy this morning..I walked for the first time last night and felt good doing but after started feeling somewhat dizzy..is that normal? Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App I'm two weeks out on Saturday. That first week I felt dizzy too. Would get light headed doing very little. I was wondering how can I get out and walk like this? Didn't hear of anyone else having this problem. Called my bariatric support person and she said it was the low calories. To stay hydrated and rest. This second week, I'm not light headed anymore, but I get tired very easily. I have my two week post op appt tomorrow. I know with increased calories I'll feel better. MemphisWLS 58 Posted July 3, 2016 Hello everyone. Anyone getting sleeved or has been sleeved in Memphis TN with Dr. Woodman? I keep asking but no one answers. I am not sure if that speaks well for the surgeon. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
b4real5 38 Posted July 3, 2016 I wouldn't be nervous about not getting a response. You can research DR on healthgrades.com, vitals.com, obesityhelp.com to name a few. You can also google to get the physician look up web address for TN, you can search any doctor check their education, experience, any complaints, etc. I don't live in TN but my state has a website for that so I'm sure other states do too. 1 Atslady reacted to this
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 3, 2016 @@MemphisWLS Also most insurance in TN doesn't cover WLS surgery so a lot of people from TN are going to Mexico for surgery. You are going to find fewer people that had surgery in TN. That doesn't say anything bad about your doctor. Plus you should ask in the general part of the forums. There are very few active African Americans that post in this thread.
