#Redy4chg.org 40 Posted August 26, 2013 I'm 8 months out and only 35# down. Tonight I ate some spaghetti with Italian Sausage and I had to throw it up. This was the first time since surgery. I've been in a stall for 2 months and I'm sooooo discouraged. I contacted the Nut in Tijuana and was told to do weight loss shakes 3x per day one green salad or broth and Water. This was 3 weeks ago and I can't stick to it. I need some motivation... 1 1SlimSistah2 reacted to this

Once you get to goal then you can try to add some of your favorite things back into you diet in moderation. 1 Blessedfun reacted to this

FRED1977 186 Posted August 27, 2013 Please say Yes!!! Can we drink muscle milk Protein Shakes. I drunk this shake with no problem first since surgery!! I drink the muscle milk light when I do drink Protein shakes and they are good for you better than the regular muscle milk because of the sugar.
