Hello all,

Been lurking for awhile here and OH.

looking for pre op suggestions and tips for uneventful recovery.

I started the pre-op diet modified my way back in Oct. and mamaged to liose 12# on my own.

Losing the weight isn't the problem for me...Keeping it off is!

I have been contimplating the surgery for 3 years now, just decided it was time to do it.

Hi Dave,

Glad you are here. I thought about surgery about two and a half years ago....and recently came back to the idea. My BIG DAY is Thursday. I wish you the best and hope we can keep up with each other's progress.

My date is also February 2nd. I've been on this journey since the spring of 2010, jumping through all the hoops, going through all the ups and downs of appointments and tests.

I can hardly believe my surgery is actually going to happen!

We must make sure we follow our doctor's instructions to the tee to have successful surgeries! I wish you both all the best, may God guide everyone involved in your surgeries!!
