IF YOU WORK OUT LIKE A MAD PERSON AND STAY UNDER 1500 CALORIES AND PLATEAU AT THE SAME WEIGHT FOR 7 MONTHS THERE IS SOME THING WRONG!

TRYING TO FULL FILL A CRAVING FOR ( CHOCOLET & SUGER ) KEPT ME AT A PLATEAU......................... WITH (DRINKING Cappuccino ) FILLED THE NEED FOR SUGER!!!!

AND I WAS NOT LOSING WEIGHT, I LOOKED AT ALL THE HEALTHY STUFF I, ATE I, JUST DIDENT WANT TO ADMIT IT WAS THE coffee Cappuccino

THAT WAS KILLING MY WEIGHT LOSS.

SO I, QUIT COLD TURKEY ABOUT A WEEK LATER STARTED LOSING WEIGHT AGAIN.

SO BE CAREFULL WITH EMPTY CALORIES THEY ADD UP!;)
