I reached my goal today. So here's to another

YAY CONGRATS MRSK!!!! Here's to the next 10 - and even if you don't get it you always had your original goal - so cheers!!!

Just looking at my original target of 14lb... lost 3lb since then... looks like I might have been a tad optimistic as there are just over 4 weeks to go... better get my backside to that gym ...lol... I won't change it now though.... send me positive vibes ... lol =]

No way don't change it!! Let that be a motivator to definitely get to the gym!!

You know what I did - I knew I did a 15 Lbs goal for 6 weeks. I started to already fall a little behind so I took my wall calendar, picked up a red sharpie and wrote on each square exactly how many days are left. So todays date says "29". On the side where there is a "notes" section I wrote my weigh in dates and next to it I have a tally of how many pounds I have left to lose for the challenge on those dates. Well, when I noticed I was getting behind I decided I needed to pick up somehow. That's when I signed up for WW Online (again).

I also have this goal logged into my Wii Fit Plus game. As of today the icon told me if I continue on my current pace I will make my goal in time!!!! Yeah!!!

Not only that I have a Wall Calendar in my workout room too now. I have my workout routine posted right underneath and on my wall calendar I mark a "check" that I completed my workout!! I'm all set - and you know what, it is working!!! We'll see how long this will hold out... I hope it's for a loooong time!!! :P
