Crabadams72 20 Posted December 29, 2010 Hello, Are any of you out there on Youtube? I've been watching a lot of online journeys and I enjoy them and I'd like to see more VSG'ers out there.

TijuanaPlication 87 Posted December 29, 2010 I like massagegoddess amelia, but she's an RNYer and hasn't updated for a while. I'm interested to hear if anyone out there has any other faves!

juliarh 35 Posted December 30, 2010 Thanks guys -- there are a lot of VSGers out there on YouTube including me -- for me, it's another way to make myself accountable and to kinda capture how I'm doing *that* day . . . speaking of which, I gotta do one today, I'm a day late! yikes! Kimmes 38 Posted December 30, 2010 Julie - I love your videos and as since I am pre-surgery It has helped me understand a bit about the emotions, challenges etc that I have ahead for me. You have been a mentor to me (and you may not even know that!). So thank you for sharing your personal journey with us! Kim
juliarh 35 Posted December 30, 2010 Thanks so much Kim -- you really don't know how much that means to me -- so many people have been so helpful to me that I thought that I might be able to give back in a small way. Thanks and big hugs!
M2G 1,836 Posted December 30, 2010 Just watched your latest Julie! I always enjoy watching your videos! I admit to being a bit dense when it comes to youtube, but I didn't see the makeup link. I'm sure it's there and my brain and eyes are not connecting to see it. I used to never wear makeup, but a few years ago I went back to work part-time and decided it was worth it on work days. Then I decided I'm worth it all the time (there are still days however, when I go au natural.) So I don't consider myself a makeup junkie (my routine is about 5 minutes in front of the mirror) but I'm always interested in new tips and techinques! BonnieJuneE 5 Posted December 30, 2010 Hey there Julie! I sat and watched all of your videos about 3 weeks ago (when I was 1 week post op and needing inspiration) and loved every one of them. I will be catching up on all of your new videos a little later today. Thank you so much for being so open and discussing even the minor things. Most people skip over so much and I truly enjoy how you talk about little details. There have been a few other people that I have followed on You tube but your videos are BY FAR my favorite. :-) Again I just want to say thank you and I look forward to catching up later today. ~Bonnie (I need a little inspiration again as I want to start my own Vlog but haven't gotten up the nerve to to it yet... haha)
treequeen 13 Posted January 8, 2011 I wish I could watch vlogs, but my stupid netbook just buffers...it's very frustrating..(doesn't help that I am technology illiterate).
brandynd 6 Posted January 8, 2011 I've become somewhat of a "youtube stalker" for VSG patients. I swear it's not as creepy as it sounds. I've just found that whenever I'm lacking confidence about my upcoming surgery it helps to watch other people who have been there!" One of my favorites is Maryposa1978. She's been really informative and updates every week as well. I recently started my pre-op blog, but I really feel self conscious because my face looks so fat in my laptops webcam...lol.
