Here's me at 168 ...I'm soooooooo not comfortable with body pics, but I really do need to document, plus my friend wanted a picture of me in the sweater she bought me for my birthday. It's storming here in So Cal and just got back from errands, but it was now or never (have to get dinner started). Pics were taken with my blackberry so not great quality.

You do look great !! you should be very proud of yourself.... My surgery is Jan 11th ... wish me luck !! hope I'm making the right choice in taking the band out and doing the sleeve.. In reading your forum..I really haven't seen many complications or anyone sorry for having this surgery.. So, I am going to take the plunge !! thanks guys for all your support.. I saw my in laws last night and they asked me what I was doing to lose weight, I said it's all about cutting the portions, eating Protein and counting/tracking, basically using weight watcher system (all true), but I felt bad ...I think I may tell them once I reach goal (not sure), but just couldn't do it just yet ...

I think pretty much most of my family know I had the surgery, however not everyone does. It does get a little weird not to say I had surgery, because I'm not really the type to do that. I just don't really tell anyone at work. They can be so judgemental and annoying!!! They hold no credence in my real day to day life, so if they don't know I don't care.

It's ok though - when that time comes just be honest and tell them why you didn't say anything either. No worries, I'm sure they will all be happy for you regardless - BIG HUGS!!!
